Meet Dr. Paula Santos

The ACT Team is lead by Dr. Paula Santos, a licensed clinical psychologist, and board certified behavior analyst.

Dr. Santos works with a team of therapists to assess client’s adaptive skills needs, and to develop and monitor individualized adaptive skills treatment plans.

THE POSITION

ABA Behavior Therapist & RBT

$250.00 SIGN-ON BONUS!

Assessment, Consultation & Treatment is in search of new team members!

We are looking for both part-time and full-time therapists to provide home and/or school-based ABA/ behavior therapy to children and adolescents with autism, intellectual disability, and a variety of other developmental delays and needs.

Assessment, Consultation & Treatment is a smaller, clinician run and owned behavioral-based agency that provides a variety of services to children and families. We believe strongly in providing highly individualized and comprehensive services and treating all families as well as staff with dignity and the support they need to succeed.

Requirements:

Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or RBT certification; those without Bachelor’s Degree who are committed to participating in RBT certification open to apply as well
Experience with children; experience with children with special needs preferable
Valid and current driver’s license, car insurance and car/transportation between clients
Preference given to individuals available to work 1pm-8pm multiple days per week
